Jennifer Robertson

Educational Credits:

  • Masters in Business Administration – University of Central Florida

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish, Certificate in secondary education – University of New Hampshire

 

Jennifer has lived and studied in Spain, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Peru. She taught Spanish and ESL for five years in both public schools and private businesses. In 1995 Jennifer founded the New England School of Languages (NESOL) in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This was the first private language school to be licensed by the General Council of Education in Puerto Rico which served over 5000 students from 1995 to 2000. During that time, she created the Steps to Mastery English Language Program and Professional Development Series for foreign language instructors. In 1998 Jennifer was a finalist for Young Entrepreneur of the Year sponsored by Ernest and Young.

 

In 2000, after selling the school to Colombia Community College in San Juan, Jennifer relocated to Orlando, Florida and was hired to establish the Center for Global Languages. She is currently working on a Spanish language textbook for continuing education.
